All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. The review process includes:
- Submission: Reports are submitted via the CCBill form or email to support@icypages.com.
- Investigation: Our compliance team evaluates the content against our standards and applicable laws.
- Resolution: We will notify the complainant of the outcome, which may include content removal, modification, or dismissal if the content is compliant.
Appeals Process
If you believe content on IcyPages depicts you and was posted without your consent, you may appeal for its removal using the CCBill Complaints Form. If a disagreement arises regarding the appeal, the matter will be escalated to a neutral third-party mediator for resolution. Outcomes may include content removal if consent is deemed invalid under applicable law.
