Anti-Human Trafficking Policy
Last Updated: November 07, 2025
Tribe 1 Technologies LLC, operator of IcyPages.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to combating human trafficking in all forms, including sex trafficking and forced labor. This policy outlines our zero-tolerance stance and procedures for prevention, detection, and response, in compliance with the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), FOSTA-SESTA, and applicable Missouri and federal laws.
Our Commitment
- Zero Tolerance: We prohibit any involvement in, facilitation of, or tolerance for human trafficking, including coercion, exploitation, or non-consensual content creation/distribution. All content on IcyPages is fictional and simulated; no real individuals are depicted or involved.
- Scope: This applies to all employees, contractors, affiliates, users, and third parties interacting with our platform.
- Training and Awareness: As a solo-operated entity, our admin (under Tribe 1) receives ongoing education on trafficking indicators via free resources (e.g., Polaris Project). Users are encouraged to report suspicions.
Prevention Measures
- Content Vetting: All materials are centrally generated and reviewed for compliance before posting. We do not permit user uploads to eliminate risks.
- Partner Scrutiny: Third-party processors (e.g., CCBill) must adhere to anti-trafficking standards; we monitor via their compliance reports.
- Site Features: Age gating, 2257 records, and content blurring ensure legal access only.
Reporting and Response
- How to Report: If you suspect trafficking (e.g., non-consensual content), use our Content Removal Form or email support@icypages.com with details (anonymous OK). We also support direct reports to the National Human Trafficking Hotline: 1-888-373-7888 (text “BeFree” to 233733) or polarisproject.org.
- Investigation: Reports are reviewed within 5 business days; credible claims trigger immediate content removal, law enforcement notification (e.g., FBI/ local Missouri authorities), and account bans.
- Non-Retaliation: Reporters are protected; we cooperate fully with investigations.
Violations and Consequences
- Internal breaches (e.g., by affiliates) result in termination and legal action.
- User violations (e.g., posting exploitative links) lead to permanent bans and reports to authorities.
We partner with anti-trafficking orgs like Polaris for best practices. Questions? Contact support@icypages.com.
